About

I build AI automation and custom software for businesses, end to end: voice agents that answer and make calls, the CRM and messaging behind them, and the integrations that tie it together. I own every layer, from telephony and compliance filings to the backend and frontend.

Everything below is VargaFlow, a marketing system for home service contractors that I built and ran alone, around a full-time job. Nobody wrote the spec, and nobody else was on call when a webhook failed.

What I've built

Voice AI

AI phone receptionists

Inbound voice agents that answer as a trade business, work out what the caller needs, and book a real slot on the owner's Google Calendar.

  • A prompt template system: one base prompt plus trade variants, rendered and deployed to Retell by script, so a new business is a config file, not a rebuild.
  • Emergency triage for plumbing and HVAC, with a hard safety carve-out: a gas leak gets 911 guidance, never a booking.
  • Caller ID filled in through a signed inbound webhook, and every name, number and address read back to the caller before booking.

VargaFlow CRM

The CRM I ran the business on: pipelines, a two-way SMS and email inbox, automated sequences, browser calling and booking.

  • A cron-driven message queue that dispatches multi-step SMS and email sequences through Twilio and Resend: 11,000+ SMS sent through it since March 2026.
  • Replaced Calendly with my own booking system on the Google Calendar API, including self-serve reschedule and cancel.
  • An AI text agent on the inbound SMS line that answers leads, books calls and hands over to me when I reply.

Contractor app

The app contractors use: their contacts, two-way messaging, calling their customers from the browser, and post-job automation.

  • Browser calling on the Twilio Voice SDK, inbound and outbound, routed through the EU edge for call quality.
  • Review requests, a one-year referral follow-up and missed-call text-back, all scheduled through the same queue.
  • Multi-tenant: each contractor's data is scoped to their business, and automation endpoints check who is calling.

vargaflow.com

The lead-generation site for VargaFlow, prerendered for search and built to convert.

  • Custom-coded, no page builder. Prerendered at build time so every service page is indexable.
  • Lead and onboarding forms that feed straight into the CRM's automation flows.

Reusable template · 99 commits

Contractor website template

One codebase that builds a separate website per client from a config file, each deployed as its own Vercel project.

  • Adding a client is a config file and a deploy script, not a copy of the repo.
  • Branding, services, reviews and images all come from the client config.

Talk to an agent I built

Demo receptionists for fictional trade businesses, running the same system real clients get. Talk to them in your browser: interrupt, talk over them, ask something awkward.

Emergency plumbing

Answers as Ironclad Plumbing. Try a burst pipe, then try a gas smell.

Roofing estimate

Answers as Summit Roofing. Ask for a price. It won't make one up.

Every layer is mine

Most engineers own one part of a system. I own every layer of mine, so every bug in every layer was mine to find and fix. 146 commits in the history are fixes alone, and most fixes never got a commit of their own.

Telephony
Phone numbers, SIP trunks, call routing and caller ID across the US and the Netherlands.
Voice agents
Prompts, tool calls, safety rules, and testing on real phone calls, not just the dashboard.
Compliance
A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration, consent capture, opt-outs, GDPR.
Database & security
Postgres schema, row-level security, 32 migrations, and auth on every public endpoint.
Backend
57 edge functions: webhooks from Twilio, Retell and Google, scheduled jobs, a message queue.
Frontend
Five React apps, mobile-first, including an installable PWA.
Deploys & ops
Vercel, per-client builds, environment config, and fixing it when production breaks.

How I work

I build with AI coding tools, heavily and on purpose. That's how one person ships all of this. What I bring is the judgement: what to build, which trade-off to take, when something is wrong, and getting it live in front of real users. I can walk you through why any of it works the way it does.
